WALL

The vision and its realization

Frederico Panetta's artistic vision was brought to life through the work of Jason Botkin and Jason Wasserman, co-founders of the En Masse collective. Together, they created the largest private mural in Canada, located in Montreal.

Since 2009, Jason Botkin has created over 200 murals internationally and has exhibited his work in solo and group exhibitions in Canada, the United States, and Europe. With Jason Wasserman, he co-founded En Masse, a collaborative drawing project that has become an international benchmark for its monumental black and white works.

En Masse is a collective creation project bringing together several artists to produce bold black and white public artworks, highlighting the power of shared creativity and the building of strong communities through effective communication. This mural fully embodies this philosophy: an iconic work where vision, scale, and collaboration unite to form a lasting cultural statement.

The meaning of the wall and the story it tells

This mural tells a continuous story, meticulously planned down to the smallest detail. Nothing is left to chance. From the first stroke to the last, it embodies a narrative that began in 1954, the founding year of the site and the starting point of an industrial, human, and cultural legacy deeply rooted in its territory.

As visitors explore the property, they immediately sense the cultural impact of the place on its neighborhood. The wall acts as a living witness to time: it connects the industrial past to a contemporary vision where art becomes a language, a landmark, and a driving force for transformation. It tells a story of effort, perseverance, transmission, and evolution—from generation to generation.

Like the Wynwood Miami Art District, Frederico Panetta's project reflects a clear commitment to revitalization. Through this initiative, he seeks to inspire other businesses to follow this path, to rethink the aesthetics and spirit of industrial spaces, and to transform Montreal's east industrial park into a beautiful, vibrant, and meaningful place.

This vision is already having a tangible impact: content creators, influencers, and major companies have chosen this location to film commercials, visual projects, and cinematic productions. Each presence enhances the location's appeal, adds value to the Montreal area, and positions the site within a new cultural and economic landscape.

This wall is not just a work of art. It is a statement. A meeting point between history, industry, art and the future.
